Refinancing Process
  1. Apply for Loan

    Complete online application for your conditional approval. It takes just a few minutes to apply.

  2. Upload Documents

    Upload required documents to verify income and current loan details for final approval.

  3. Select Loan

    Choose the loan that is right for you based on the options available.

  4. E-Sign Loan Documents

    Review your loan documents and disclosures and sign electronically.

  5. Pay off Existing Loans

    Funds will be sent to your current lender to pay off your existing loans, and you will begin repayment of your new MEFA REFI Loan.

GATHER YOUR INFORMATION
What You’ll Need to Apply
To save time, gather the following information for all applicants on the loan before starting your application.
  • Personal: Proof of identity and social security number
  • Contact: Current & prior addresses, phone number, and email address
  • Financial: Monthly income, housing costs, employment information, two most recent pay stubs and current billing statements for loans to refinance
